Hi, I'm Erica — and I know exactly what it feels like to hide.
I spent 36 years as a teacher and school principal in Namibia. When I retired, I built a coaching business from scratch. For six months, there were no clients. I felt invisible online. I was afraid my accent, my age, my background would disqualify me.
Then I got on a stage anyway. I competed internationally. I placed third in NTS Season 4. That moment shattered the lie.
Because here's what I know now: confidence is not something you're born with. It's a skill you can learn, practise, and own. Now I help female coaches do exactly what I did — show up, speak up, and build a business that reflects the depth of what they carry.
